These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the acr44 platform ("Platform", "we", "our") and any user of the platform ("User", "you", "your").

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New users are eligible to receive a 120% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus — giving a total balance of ৳2,200.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

To withdraw winnings from the welcome bonus, you must wager 15 times the bonus amount. Example: for a ৳1,200 bonus, a total of ৳18,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not the sum of deposit plus bonus.

4.3 General Bonus Usage Rules

• A bonus can only be claimed once
• A bonus cannot be transferred to another user
• If wagering is not completed within the specified time after receiving the bonus, the bonus will be cancelled
• Different weightings may apply to wagering calculations when betting on certain games
• If bonus abuse is suspected, acr44 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and any associated winnings

4.4 Other Promotional Offers

Regular promotional offers, reload bonuses, and special event offers will have their own terms, which will be stated separately on the acr44 platform. Those terms will also apply in addition to these general terms.

5.1 Placing Bets

All bets on acr44 are placed at the user's own responsibility. Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled, unless a cash-out feature is active on the platform.

5.2 Technical Errors

acr44 reserves the right to correct any odds, results, or amounts displayed due to technical errors or software faults. Payments received as a result of such errors may be cancelled.

5.3 Sports Betting Rules

Results of sports events will be determined according to acr44's established rules. In the case of cancelled matches or events, the bet amount is generally refunded. In special circumstances (e.g., venue change, change of conditions), acr44 will apply specific rules.

• These terms are violated
• Fraud or dishonest activity is suspected

7.2 Closure at User Request

7.3 Inactive Accounts
